Your rate is set by the room you choose and your loved one's assessed level of care. Bring this estimate when you call and we will give you your exact number.

Communities price care in different ways (by item, by points, or by care tiers), so always ask for a written fee schedule.

Seven Questions to Ask Every Community, Including Us
The answers tell you what the monthly bill will look like a year from now, not just on move-in day.
- Is there a one-time community or move-in fee?Ask how much it is and whether any of it is refundable.
- What exactly does the base rate include?Meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, and which kinds of personal care.
- How is care priced?By item, by points, or by tiers. Ask to see the written fee schedule.
- Is medication help included or billed separately?Medication administration is one of the most common monthly add-ons.
- What triggers a reassessment?And how much notice will you get before the monthly rate changes?
- How many residents does each caregiver cover?Ask for the day number and the night number, and whether night staff are awake.
- Who is the nurse, and how often will they see my parent?A name and a schedule, not just "we have a nurse on staff".
